Yes, our bodies contain a lot of water to function, but excessive build up of water/liquids will add more weight to the scale and centimeters to your waste line. There is a surreptitious rumor that the best way to lose water weight is to sweat it all out. High intensity workouts are fantastic at making most bodies sweat in room temperature areas; however, when the temperature drops, it can become difficult to sweat buckets outdoors or indoors. A solution and aid is to wear a sauna suit while working out. A sauna suit is a usually one or two piece suit made of waterproof fabric such as nylon to make the wearer sweat profoundly. It can be worn in any temperature and in a variety of exercises. I personally have worn sauna suit to lose weight to make a wrestling weight class. The suit I wore wasn't exactly comfortable in elastic areas such as the wrists, neck, and pant’s ankle area, but I definitely felt sweat building up and even moving around as I exercised. The wearer's metabolism, pulse rate, and Blood circulation increases while wearing and building high heats in a sauna suit. Wearing a hoodie and sweatpants over the sauna can increase the amount of heat and reduce the water weight on your body. I’ve seen sauna suits for less than twenty-five dollars and as low as five dollars. I recommend giving it a try while doing intensive exercises.
