There is nothing that feels better than diving into a clean, cold pool on a blazing summer day. Swimming is a great exercise and great for relaxing. Getting into swimming doesn’t require much equipment and is open to everyone of all ages and skill. Some things you need go for a swim is the proper swim attire for underwater aerobics. This includes swimming trunks, bathing suits, etc. Goggles are often used when swimming to allow a swimmer to see in clear waters. All that is left to be ready for a swim is a big pool of water (Preferably a clean one-ton body of water). There are many locations that have year round pools open to the public and gym members. If you have never gone swimming before, it is highly recommended that you take a beginners swimming class to learn proper technique to ensure your safety in deep waters. One of the most common swimming techniques is called “Freestyle.” It involves both legs and arms to push the swimmer forward. It is one of the first techniques I learned when I began swimming and is done competitively by professional swimmers in the olympics.
